Annual Fund 鈥� Innovate, Connect, Grow: Join Us in Strengthening GISW
Our 2025/26 Annual Fund is anchored by three cornerstone initiatives鈥�STEM & Innovation, Global Learning, and Campus Growth鈥攅ach essential to GISW鈥檚 mission of delivering a world-class bilingual education.
The Annual Fund is our primary fundraising program and serves as GISW鈥檚 general, unrestricted fund. It provides flexible, year-round support for the school鈥檚 most pressing needs鈥攁cademic programs, student opportunities, operational priorities, and campus improvements.
Annual Goal: $50,000
Essential Funds Advancing GISW鈥檚 Mission
STEM/MINT Fund
Goal: $25,000
Spark curiosity and equip students for the future through science, technology, engineering, and math. This fund supports our Makerspace, robotics, the Makeathon, and innovative programs such as Authentic STEM.
Gala donations and auction revenue flow directly into this fund.
Global Learning Fund
Goal: $15,000
Promote bilingual excellence and foster cross-cultural understanding. This fund expands language immersion, cultural exchanges, and international opportunities for all students.
Suggested donations at the GISW Oktoberfest and proceeds from the 50/50 raffle will go directly into this fund.
Campus Growth Fund
Invest in the future of GISW鈥攆rom modernized facilities to world-class teaching. Gifts to this fund strengthen our campus, empower our faculty, and ensure that our infrastructure keeps pace with our ambitions.
In the future, this fund will also serve as the vehicle for capital campaigns鈥攆or example, raising money for a new cafeteria.
Major Fundraising Events
GISW Oktoberfest 鈥� Celebrating Culture, Supporting Global Learning
A public, family-friendly festival with international food, vendors, and activities. Suggested entry donations ($10 per individual or $20 per family) and the 50/50 raffle benefit the Global Learning Fund.

Our signature formal fundraiser brings together alumni, corporate partners, and friends of the school. Donations and auction revenue support the STEM/MINT Fund, powering cutting-edge labs and STEM innovation at GISW.

Family Meet-Ups (Monthly)
To make fundraising fun and inclusive, GISW is launching monthly Family Meet-Ups with a fundraising component. These off-campus gatherings at restaurants, caf茅s, or ice cream shops allow families to connect socially while a portion of sales is donated back to the school.
